Ralph van den Broek (Chairman)

Ralph van den Broek (1962) studied Civil Engineering at TU Delft. He obtained his MBA at INSEAD and followed the Non Executive Program there. Ralph started his career at Shell where he founded the soil remediation business unit and was Retail Network Manager Netherlands. He then worked as Business Development Manager at Deli Maatschappij, as Director at Houthandel Heuvelman and was a Member of the Supervisory Board at Houtconstructie Vuren. After working as New Building Coordinator at the Erasmus Medical Centre in Rotterdam, he became General Director at RPS consultancy and engineering. He is currently Chairman of the Executive Board at Batenburg Techniek NV. In addition, he is a board member of Techniek Nederland. Ralph van den Broek has a broad strategic and organizational background in addition to years of managerial experience, in the technology and construction sectors, among others.

Hans Smits

Hans Smits studied Civil Engineering at Delft University of Technology and he studied Business Administration at the interfaculty of Rotterdam. Hans Smits worked as President Director at the Port of Rotterdam Authority N.V., was Chairman of the Executive Board at Rabobank Nederland, President Director at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Secretary General of Transport, Public Works and Water Management. In addition to his many years of management experience in – amongst others – the construction sector, Hans Smits adds a broad strategic and organizational background.

Ine Frings – van de Spijker

Ine Frings studied Business Economics at Tilburg University and Law and Economics in France. She has held various management positions at KPN, was regional director at ProRail, member of the management board at Heijmans Infra, partner at Boer & Croon Executive Search and Interim Management, and board member at Sima Techniek NV. She is chair of the management board at GEVA Vastgoed. In addition to her activities at GEVA, Ine is chair of the Supervisory Board at Hakkers, active in the Supervisory Board of Eindhoven City Marketing and Bex* Communicatie, and a member of various networks in Brainport Eindhoven. With her many years of administrative experience and her knowledge and insight in the field of organisational development and human resource management, Ine Frings is a valuable member of the Supervisory Board of JAJO.

Jurgen Stegmann

Jurgen Stegmann studied Law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and Utrecht University, and Financial Management in Tilburg. He began his career at MeesPierson and was a member of the Executive Board of Fortis Bank Nederland N.V. He then served as Chief Risk Officer on the Executive Board of NIBC N.V. Subsequently Jurgen became Chief Financial Officer at Robeco Groep N.V. He was member of the Supervisory Board at ABN AMRO and Woonstad Rotterdam and is currently advisor to various companies in the financial sector. Jurgen is chairman of the Supervisory Board at MN Services and chairman of the Supervisory Board of the ‘Stichting tot Beheer van Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen’. Jurgen Stegmann brings many years of management experience and in-depth knowledge of financial affairs and markets, real estate financing and public housing issues.
